With two dedicated photographers throughout the day, we can split up to capture memories in different locations or work together to provide overlapping coverage from different angles and perspectives.

All photographs taken by Endless Memories will remain the property of Endless Memories and may be used for online and print self-promotion. The Client waives any claims for ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the images. The Client is granted the provisional permission to reproduce the images, post them online and across social media, and make an unlimited number of prints for personal use only.

1/3 of the total cost of coverage is the initial amount due to reserve the wedding date. In the event that the Client cancels their contract, this fee will be retained by Endless Memories in order to offset its loss of business.
Should the Client postpone the wedding date with intent to reschedule the wedding with Endless Memories, a new contract will be required to book the new date, assuming it is available. In such a case, all financial terms of the current contract will carry over to the new contract/date and no additional charges will be required of the Client.
Endless Memories retains the right to terminate any agreement with no further obligation to the Client for non-payment.
