Great question! At Endless Memories, we know that every venue is unique and has both pros and challenges associated with shooting there. As a collective since 2014, our studio has assisted with and shot over 200 weddings to date in a variety of shooting conditions, from bright & open outdoor spaces to the darkest of indoor venues. While Endless Memories may not have shot a wedding or session at your specific venue/location, our photographers are experts when it comes to lighting, posing, and telling your story from beginning to end. You can be confident that in addition to scouting your venue/location prior to the wedding/session if applicable, we will always arrive prepared to capture you at your best.

In simplest terms, candid with a side of posed :-) At Endless Memories, we live for the in-between moments! If you've never worked with a professional photographer before, it can be quite daunting (not to mention intrusive and awkward!) to have a camera just in your face all of a sudden. Our photographers have been trained to hang back and to allow moments to unfold as naturally as possible, with minimal instruction from our photographers unless needed. As a studio, we focus heavily on the interactions when working with groups of 2 or more and, when working with individuals, we sprinkle in poses looking directly at the camera with a healthy amount of off-camera looks. We have worked with hundreds of clients and found this approach to photography consistently helps keep people more relaxed, genuine, and leads to overall better, quality images. For these reasons, 90% of the shots we take are organically arranged with very little interaction directly with the photographer/camera.

Absolutely! Some couples aren’t sure if they need an engagement session when it comes time to book wedding photography. However, having Endless Memories photograph or film you and your fiancé before your wedding is key to improving both the quality and quantity of photos you’ll receive from your wedding day. That’s why we offer a complimentary engagement session ($500 value) or love story with many of our wedding collections. We know. It's one sweet deal.

First, you’ll become more comfortable in front of our cameras. If you have never worked with a professional wedding photographer or professional wedding videographer before, you'll likely be nervous. The engagement session experience gives us time to establish a relationship built on trust and familiarity. Whether you choose to have your engagement session in Atlanta or another location, we’ll work to gain a better understanding of your personalities, your best expressions, and your quirks. In terms of technique, we’ll show you how to appear casual in your photos or film so that the final product will have the candid feel that our clients have come to expect from Endless Memories.

As a final obvious benefit, you’ll have your professional engagement session photos or love story film long before your wedding day. This advance viewing will allow you to see how great you look, and will increase the confidence you have in yourselves as well as in our skills as the best wedding photographer for your special day.

Yes, but not for long! All dates and times are available on a first come, first serve basis, and there's no way for us to predict when and how fast they may fill up. When you initially inquire about the availability for a particular date, we place a 72-hour hold on that date and even give a small booking incentive. Once this holding period passes, you will no longer be able to take advantage of the booking incentives and your requested date/time may actually be unavailable. If you are certain about booking your wedding or session with Endless Memories, we suggest sending us a message so we can talk more about your plans!

Yes we do! Non-wedding events like business conferences and parties are some of our favorites. We also love shooting family portraits, maternity photos, and headshots as well. If you're interested in booking one of these events or sessions, send us a message to let us know more about your plans.

Our photographers use professional-grade Nikon, Canon, and Sony full-frame camera bodies and lenses to capture your memories. In addition, we utilize a host of flashes and off-camera lighting to ensure we are prepared for any situation.

Endless Memories takes several precautions to ensure that your photos are safe at all times. We believe that extra care and redundancy are key in preserving your memories.

Before we snap the first image, you can rest assured in knowing that the cameras our photographers use contain at least two memory card slots and are writing to both simultaneously. This ensures that should one of the cards malfunction or become corrupt, another copy is intact and safe.

Secondly, at Endless Memories, we only use high-capacity professional memory cards. This ensures that while we are capturing your event or session, our cards never leave our cameras until we are safely back in studio and ready to transfer the images. During the editing process, copies of your images are securely placed onto multiple separate hard drives that are kept in different locations.

Finally, the edited versions of your images are kept in an online gallery, which makes delivery and storage a breeze!

Yes! Upon request, we can provide you or your venue(s) with certificates of insurance.

Absolutely! Endless Memories does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, or marital status.

All events require a signed contract and completed invoice in order to secure your event’s date/time with Endless Memories.

All sessions require a signed contract and minimum session fee payment of $300.00 in order to secure your session’s date/time with Endless Memories.

All weddings require a signed contract and an initial payment equivalent to 1/3 of the total cost of services to be provided, with the remainder due 30 days prior to the wedding date.

We accept cash and both debit/credit card as acceptable methods of payment. Payments with personal checks are not accepted. Payment installments are only made available to clients booking a wedding or purchasing post-wedding/session products.

Portrait session and event fees are non-refundable within 1 week of the session/event date, but are transferable to later dates should a session/event need to be postponed.

The initial 1/3 payment made towards wedding collections is non-refundable. Additional payments are subject to refund according to the cancellation policy indicated in your wedding contract.

The location for your portrait session and what you wear to that session are the two most impactful factors to consider prior to your shoot. What you wear makes a huge impression on the look and feel of your portraits. Wanting to go for a classic theme for your portraits? Consider a more formal look with a collared shirt and tie or a long flowy dress. Just looking to give off a more casual/care-free vibe? Blue jeans are a fantastic choice! All we ask is that you stay away from outfits that have intricate patterns or designs (pinstripes, etc.). They do weird things to our cameras lol Darker colors like navy or maroon work great for Fall and Winter settings, while lighter colors such as white, khaki, or pink are perfect matches for Spring and Summer sessions. P.S.: We are huge lovers of color coordination!

All black! Depending on the level of formality required, we will come dressed in either black polos or collared shirts with black bottoms.

We are big lovers of props at sessions! Bring any and everything that might help to bring an extra bit of awesome to your session, pets included! We will definitely have a few surprises of our own for you!

In the event your requested photographer(s) becomes ill or is unable to be in attendance, a replacement staff photographer will be scheduled by Endless Memories or your session will be moved to another date, if applicable. In addition, we partner with a number of local area photographers and studios whose body of work and abilities are equivalent to ours. This ensures that if we are unable to attend your event do to injury, the quality of your memories that are captured will remain high and consistent.

Depending on availability and scheduling for the day, we may have to reschedule your session if you are late. Punctuality is key to obtaining great memories, as tardiness to your session or throughout your wedding day may effect desired images/poses. Clients requesting photographers to stay for additional times or hours on their wedding day can arrange for this by signing a Wedding Overtime Approval form.

It would be awesome if you did, but it's not a contractual requirement. Feeding us ensures that our photographers remain high energy, cheerful, and that we are close by and present for moments and memories you may need captured!

Absolutely! As long as they do not interfere with the duties of Endless Memories to capture your memories, guests are permitted to take photos on their cameras or phones for every portion of the wedding day with the exception of the ceremony. We are big fans of Unplugged Wedding ceremonies, in which all guests are encouraged to put down their cell phones and tablets and just enjoy the experience of the wedding ceremony naturally. This ensures that there are no distractions from camera flash and it eliminates the possibility of a guest interfering and potentially compromising a shot. Endless Memories should be the sole official photographers present with the specific professional duty of capturing the wedding day unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Yes, we do! We work closely with all of our clients to establish a shot list and desired timeline for the day. It helps everyone not to miss a beat!

All digital images are delivered via a password-protectable online photo gallery that you or your attendees can access with an email address, typically within 1-2 weeks after a portrait session/event and 4-6 weeks following a wedding.

No, Endless Memories does not and is not liable to deliver every image taken at your wedding or session. Images that are duplicates, contain poor composition/structure, miss proper focus, or otherwise fail to meet the quality standards our studio is known for are not included in the edited images delivered.

We want every image our clients view to retain that 'wow' factor. For that reason, we keep our quality standards high and maintain relatively low levels of duplicates or similar photos delivered. On average, clients can expect 60-80 edited images per hour of photography requested.

Of course! Every single image we deliver is edited. Our editing process includes white balance and color correction, but goes a step further while also including skin softening, teeth whitening, and minor skin imperfection processing. Our unique approach to the editing of your memories ensure that you always look your best!

Stray hair removal and more complex photoshop services are subject to additional fees.

Endless Memories retains the copyright to all images captured at the session/wedding/event, unless otherwise specified within the associated contract. Edited photos delivered are our clients' to keep and alter as they see fit (we don't care about your Instagram filters 🤪). Edited photos received are not permitted to be entered into competition or sold for profit unless written permission has been obtained from Endless Memories.

We love to show off the beautiful images we create on our website, social media networks, and in various contests and publications. Our contracts include a Media & Model Release to allow our studio to do so. We understand that some clients may not want their images available to the public. Just say the word and we'll simply remove the images and/or designate your images to a private classification within your online gallery.

Yes! RAW files from your session/wedding/event are available for an additional purchase fee.

It's rare for us to process photos in black and white unless the photos call for it or it is specifically requested. Clients needing black and white versions of edited photos can simply select that filter within their online gallery and download. Voilà!

Absolutely! All clients are able to place orders for gift prints and wall art like canvas and framed prints directly through their galleries.

All orders placed typically arrive within 10 days of the order date.
