Top 15 Moments of 2015 | Atlanta Wedding Photographer

Wow!!! Just like that, 2015 is almost over! Looking back, this has been an incredible break out year for photography in Atlanta. Rochelle and I have been so blessed to share our talents with some truly amazing clients and couples this past year. To celebrate the upcoming New Year, we wanted to take some time to reflect on 15 of our favorite moments and memories from this past year. Enjoy and Happy New Year! #EndlessMemories

15. Brotherly Love

We had the opportunity to photograph Phoebe + Michael's wedding in May of this year. While most would be caught up the laughter, fun, and great times that come with a wedding day, the groom's brother was noticeably feeling different emotions. Growing up together as close siblings, he realized that the finality of the wedding ceremony signaled a new path for the two brothers: one as a husband and one to navigate the early chapters of manhood alone.

14. A Baby's Peaceful Rest

Baby Soraya Rose! Such a little bundle of JOY! While taking some great family photos, we managed to capture this sweet moment of her resting on her grandfather's shoulder. What I wouldn't give for a moment of peace like this!

13. The Wedding Dress

Is this photo technically correct? No way! But I am so in love with it. I love capturing the moment a bride is about to put on her dress! Up to this point, all she's ever done is try it on. Today, she put's it on knowing that in a few short moments she'll be a Mrs. and that nothing will be the same again.

12. The Excitement of the First Look

Married at first sight! There were definitely some fun first looks during this wedding season, every one of them filled with tears, laughter, smiles, shock, and some truly genuine moments. If you haven't decided whether or not to have a first look at your wedding, check out this blog and then just DO IT!

11. He Put A Ring On It!

Sorry fellas, this one's taken! :-)

10. The Dip

My "go-to" pose at every wedding I photograph. My favorite by far!

9. Senior Session Sunshine

The moment when light finally made sense to me. There is so much still left to learn about it but I'm crazy proud of this image!

8. Wedding Day: The Music Video

Racula and Brett's March wedding with Farylann Photography was our first wedding of the year and it did not disappoint! We had so much fun with these two and their wedding party. To set up this shot, we simply told everyone to pretend as if they were in a music video. The expressions and fun that followed were priceless!

7. Country Wedding Bliss

My favorite country wedding to date! Country weddings are not typically my cup of tea, but I think I might be hooked after Felecia and Cal's gorgeous wedding with J Blanch Photography! I can definitely get used to these sunsets and more of this scenery. Bring on the country brides!

6a + 6b. Taylor + Josh: The Notebook

So I cheated just a bit :-) But can you blame me? I don't know how or why, but the gods decided to bless us with my first rainbow and rain scenes straight out of 'The Notebook' during Taylor and Josh's engagement session earlier this year. Will always be some of my most memorable photographs!

5. Little Gardens Magic

My all-time favorite venue to photograph a wedding is at Little Gardens, located in Lawrenceville, GA. Every photo turns out so beautiful with the garden scenery in the background. Can't wait for more adventures here next year!

4. Daddy's Little Girl

If there ever was a photograph that brought tears to my eyes or told a great story, it was this one. Christina and Tyler's wedding was one that I will always hold close.

3. Forever In Love

We had the opportunity to capture Jessica and Miguel's fun and laughter-filled wedding about a year and a half ago alongside the talented Jonathan Mould of Jonathan M Photography. It was so great to catch up with them and see how their love for each other has blossomed!

2. Juliette Chapel Romance

A HUGE shout out to Jaimie Dee for the tag along and for being such a great friend and mentor. My job as a wedding photographer is not only to capture the moments as they unfold, but to tell a love story in such a way that if a couple looks at their wedding story 50 years down the road, they will feel those same intense feelings of passion, emotion, and closeness to their spouse, as vivid as the day they married. I pray that I'm alive to document their 50th wedding anniversary. There's no doubt in my mind that it will be just as real.

1. Love's Winding Path

Thanks for sticking around! 2015 was an incredible year for photography and for growth, but I'm going on record in saying that it will not compare to what awaits Endless Memories in 2016. 2016, ready or not, here we come! #EndlessMemories
